Service Description

Book a character for meet and greets to come and take photos with clients and to draw in more business! Discounts for more than 1 character or more than 1 hour! (If wanting more than 1 Character or needing W9 information message before booking)

Cancellation Policy

Change Policy: Any changes made to either location, date/time or character requested within 48 hours of the original booking request need to be made via phone or text and will be subject to a late notice change fee of $20, to be collected prior to characters being dispatched to event. Cancellation policy- Deposit: The deposit for all events are non-refundable and if client cancels at anytime the client will receive credit to use towards another event. If Client pays balance in full 50% of the payment will be refunded and remaining will be transferred to another date. **Our performers will plan ahead and take every precaution to be punctual, but due to the unpredictability of traffic and circumstances beyond their control, may arrive after their scheduled start time. Your performer will communicate with you, so please have your phone on and accessible. They will, of course, stay for the full length of their visit regardless of arrival time
