Cancellation Policy

Change Policy: Any changes made to either location, date/time or character requested within 48 hours of the original booking request need to be made via phone or text and will be subject to a late notice change fee of $20, to be collected prior to characters being dispatched to event. Cancellation policy- Deposit: The deposit for all events are non-refundable and if client cancels at anytime the client will receive credit to use towards another event. If Client pays balance in full 50% of the payment will be refunded and remaining will be transferred to another date.
